The ice cream shop
For all our preparations we use only natural and organic ingredients, such as fresh milk from Valtellina Bio, cane sugar or fair trade cocoa. We only use fresh, seasonal fruit for our sorbets.
We give preference to organic and local cultivations, contributing in our own small way to shortening the supply chain and reducing the environmental impact. We pay particular attention to food intolerances, so you can find gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan friendly products.
We have joined the AIC (AFC) Out of Home Feeding project.
