The exhibition “La natura ci osserva" (Nature watches us) in Lecco
The exposition can be visited from October 25 at the Torre Viscontea.
The exhibition entitled “La natura ci osserva” will open on Friday, October 24, at 6:00 p.m. at the Torre Viscontea. The event is promoted and organized by the Profumo di Bethania association, in collaboration with the Municipality of Lecco and the Lecco Urban Museum System.
The exhibition will present a collection of works ranging from painting, sculpture, installation, and photography, created by four artists: Alba Folcio, Diana Giudici, Dolores Previtali, and Alessandra Sottocornola. A selection of artist’s books, created in collaboration with the Pulcinoelefante publishing house, will also be on display.
“An all-female exhibition, presented at Torre Viscontea in collaboration with the Profumo di Bethania association. Four artists with different languages, such as painting, sculpture, installation, and photography, engage in dialogue on central themes of contemporary life: the relationship between humans and nature, the dialogue between feminine and masculine, and the role of culture, economics, and consumption. An exhibition in which, once again, artistic language becomes a tool for reflection, discussion, and shared growth. An invitation to open ourselves up to constructive dialogue, capable of generating evolution, integration, and overcoming conflicts.” these are the words of the councilor for culture Simona Piazza.
Admission to the exhibition is free. It will be open from October 25 to November 16, during the following hours: Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
