The E1 is gearing up for a triumphant return to Lake Como
The UIM E1 World Championship presented by PIF arrives at Italy’s most iconic circuit following a thrilling opening race in Jeddah

The UIM E1 World Championship presented by PIF kicked off in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where the Aoki Racing Team secured victory and moved to the top of the overall standings. Following this first round, which was full of twists and turns, the E1 series heads to Europe for three spectacular races: first at Lake Como, then in Dubrovnik and Monaco.

Few places embody the spirit of E1 quite like Lake Como. For centuries, the lake has been synonymous with luxury, exclusivity and understated elegance: an oasis for royalty, Hollywood stars and the global elite. Its crystal-clear waters, framed by the majestic Alps, offer a setting unrivalled in the world of motorsport.
Villa d’Este is the official partner of the race. The renowned five-star hotel, which has graced the western shore of the lake since 1873, lends the event unrivalled prestige. This partnership underscores E1’s unique positioning at the crossroads of elite sport, innovation and luxury lifestyle.
The championship continues to attract some of the biggest names in the worlds of sport and entertainment. The race on Lake Como will mark the official debut of the new investors in the E1 Sierra Racing Club team: Thibaut Courtois, Real Madrid’s world-class goalkeeper, and Kyle Kuzma, the NBA champion. They thus join the ranks of the likes of Rafael Nadal, Tom Brady, Will Smith and Didier Drogba in supporting the sport.
On the ground, in the nearby Piazza Risorgimento, a dedicated area will be set up to welcome fans of all ages throughout the race weekend, offering them the chance to get a close-up look at the E1 RaceBird paddock, meet some of the drivers, try out the E1 simulator and much more.
Fever, E1’s official ticketing partner, is offering fans looking to enjoy a unique experience on race day a limited number of exclusive passes to the E1 Ocean Club, which provides unrivalled views of the race action from a luxury hospitality area.
For an even more thrilling experience, guests can choose to enhance their visit with special packages that include an exclusive “Hot Lap”: a water-based experience that will take you around the circuit at full speed with the E1 reserve drivers at the wheel.
And for guests arriving by boat, the ‘Bring Your Own Boat’ option, also available via Fever, offers exclusive access to the race perimeter, ensuring the closest possible view of the races on the water from your own boat.
To mark the second year of the collaboration between E1 and Bombay Sapphire, the official gin partner, a special event is taking place as part of Milan Design Week at Opificio 31 in Milan until 26 April. At the centre of the installation is an E1 RaceBird featuring a livery customised in Bombay Sapphire blue, reflecting the partnership’s commitment to design, innovation and performance.
Viewers in Italy can tune in to E1’s YouTube channel or watch all the sessions live on DAZN. Mino Taveri will be commentating on Saturday’s finals in Italian.
