nella ristorazione, decidono di intraprendere la loro prima esperienza come ristoratori, e decidono di farlo a Domaso, un borgo caratteristico sul lago di Como, prendendo in gestione l\u2019\u201cEnoteca del porto\u201c, ristorante storico, preservando la filosofia che lo ha reso amato da tutti, ma aggiungendo un tocco di originalit\u00e0 e innovazione. Due sono le parole chiave, ricerca e stagionalit\u00e0; uno dei punti forti del locale \u00e8 la selezione dei vini, che predilige le picole cantine italiane, in particolare quelle regionali.<br><br>\nIn cucina chef Alessio rispetta la stagionalit\u00e0 delle materie prime e delle tradizioni locali, ma soprattutto, grazie all\u2019influenza astigiana e napoletana dei due ragazzi, riesce ad accostare diverse realt\u00e0 culinarie, creando piatti accattivanti e unici.<br><br>\nIl tutto gestito con professionalit\u00e0 e sorriso, insomma \u00e8 proprio qui a Domaso che
