Affidiamo la produzione delle ricette da noi create a birrifici qualificati, seguendo ogni passaggio produttivo. La Birra prodotta segue la catena del freddo e viene stoccata nel nostro magazzino refrigerato per garantire massimi livelli di qualit\u00e0 e freschezza.<br \/>Il nostro progetto \u00e8 cresciuto e nel 2014 abbiamo aperto <strong>HERBA MONSTRUM BREWERY<\/strong>, una <strong>birreria artigianale<\/strong> dove \u00e8 possibile degustare hamburger ricercati e prodotti locali. Riserviamo un\u2019attenzione particolare al cibo che proponiamo nel nostro locale, avvalendoci di materie prime selezionate, provenienti prevalentemente da realt\u00e0 locali. Il pane che utilizziamo \u00e8 stato studiato appositamente per i nostri hamburger ed \u00e8 prodotto dal nostro panettiere di fiducia con farine di grano duro e saraceno, germe di grano e olio d\u2019oliva.<br \/>Utilizziamo trita scelta di manzo, fresca di giornata. Realizziamo anche due diversi impasti per le proposte vegane e vegetariane presenti nel nostro men\u00f9. Molte delle salse che trovate nei burger sono realizzate nella nostra cucina.<br \/>Crediamo che la Birra, oltre ad essere un mondo vasto da esplorare, sia una bevanda sociale e versatile, da gustare
