Il centro storico \u00e8 a 5 minuti a piedi; da qui \u00e8 possibile accedere ai servizi di navigazione del Lago di Como per raggiungere Bellagio, Varenna e Como. Potrai rilassarti in questo spazio tranquillo ed elegante, posto al pian terreno di un condominio signorile, immerso nel verde.<br \/>Sono Maria e adoro le cose belle e ricercate. Mi piace aver cura delle persone che amo e anche di quelle cha accolgo. Ho cercato di creare un ambiente piacevole e accogliente, dotato di tutti i confort che io gradirei trovare da viaggiatrice. Penso che il nostro territorio sia espressione di bellezza naturale e paesaggistica. Vorrei che ogni ospite potesse raggiungerci per riflettersi nella acque del nostro meraviglioso Lago.<br \/>All&#8217;ingresso della struttura si trova la fermata del pullman con cui sono raggiungibili le montagne e i sentieri per escursioni e passeggiate. L&#8217;edificio \u00e8 collocato in un quartiere ricco di servizi: bar, negozi di alimentari, farmacia, banche, musei e parchi pubblici. A 600 metri si trova il principale centro commerciale cittadino.<\/p><p>Lo spazioso appartamento si trova al piano terra ed \u00e8 dotato di 2 camere da letto, una TV a schermo piatto e una cucina completamente attrezzata che mette a disposizione degli ospiti una lavastoviglie, un forno, una lavatrice, un microonde e un frigorifero. L&#8217;unit\u00e0 climatizzata della struttura presenta una cabina doccia e uno spogliatoio. La struttura dispone di una zona pranzo all&#8217;aperto.<\/p><p>L&#8217;appartamento dispone di un ampio box auto e su richiesta \u00e8 possibile richiedere il servizio di noleggio
