We are pleased to present our latest spring project at the renovation site of Palazzo Genazzini in Bellagio, a historic luxury hotel. To meet the opening deadline, we coordinated several specialized teams that worked efficiently and within a very short timeframe. The project included the cleaning of all guest rooms (windows, parquet floors, bathrooms, mirrors, ceramic surfaces, marble, and the removal of silicone residues, adhesive traces, and paint); kitchen areas and cold storage rooms (major post-construction cleaning using specialized machinery and products); as well as all newly installed indoor and outdoor flooring, including the large lakeside terrace.

The most demanding part of the project was the cleaning of the palace’s historic stone staircases. This required the careful removal of residues accumulated over many years, as well as construction debris such as cement, lime, and paint left during the renovation works. Both the interior and exterior staircases underwent a multi-stage treatment process using professional techniques and specially formulated products. Every surface was restored to its original beauty while fully respecting the historical and artistic significance of the building.
