Laboratory of ideas
The apartment
Founded by Riccardo Cesana and Martina Cavallini, Property Design is much more than a property management company for apartments and vacation villas: it’s a creative laboratory that combines beauty and functionality, transforming every property into an unforgettable experience. Young and dynamic, with deep roots in the heart of Como and its province, Property Design looks beyond local borders, bringing its approach to properties across Italy.
What sets us apart? A touch that goes beyond managing spaces
We don’t just take care of the property: we listen to your needs, interpret your guests’ desires, and transform every space into an environment that combines aesthetics, comfort, and meticulous attention to detail. With Property Design, every property becomes a unique destination, capable of surprising and enchanting those who stay there, creating a place where guests truly feel at home—wherever they are.
Comprehensive management for every aspect of the stay
A philosophy of transparency and precision
Transparency and reliability are the pillars of our approach: we work side by side with our clients, planning every detail with efficiency and organization. We maintain an open and continuous line of communication, regularly updating property owners on the status of their properties and promptly responding to any need.
