We are glad to welcome you in our house. It’s an historical house, result of a wise renovation of the whole cloister, back in 1800 and again in 2000. The building is dated 1400 and it’s in perfect classic-renaissance style. During the renovation, below the ground floor, the original flooring has been found, made in Pietra di Moltrasio. That prestigious stone is now the bathroom floor! The house is right in the historic center of Como, in a pedestrian area. This will allow you to fully experience the center with its shopping streets, restaurants and cafes and you can reach in a few steps the main attractions of the lake (historical monuments, boat dock, funicular to Brunate), away from the chaos and traffic,. The Palace is very elegant and refined and, despite being right in the center, you will be amazed at how quiet it is. A perfect corner of Como where you can live your experience on the most beautiful lake in the world!
