Alessio and Francesca, after years in the restaurant business, decide to embark on their first experience as restaurateurs, and choose Domaso, a characteristic village on Lake Como. They take over the management of “Enoteca del Porto,” a historic restaurant, preserving the philosophy that made it beloved by all, while adding a touch of originality and innovation.

The fundamental values are research and seasonality; one of the restaurant’s strengths is the wine selection, that favors small Italian wineries, particularly from the region. In the kitchen, Chef Alessio respects the seasonality of the raw materials and local traditions, but most importantly, thanks to the Asti and Neapolitan influences of the two young restaurateurs, he is able to combine different culinary realities, creating captivating and unique dishes.
