Villa d’Este and Lake Como celebrate high-level hospitality and nautical tradition with an exclusive event dedicated to vintage and classic hulls: the new appointment of Vintage Yachting – Villa d’Este Style is scheduled for Sunday, July 21, 2024.
Villa d’Este is one of the main destinations of Lake Como for owners of vintage wooden motorboats.
In its fifth edition, the “Villa d’Este Style – Vintage Yachting” is now an unmissable event, the union of elegance and lifestyle creates an enchanting environment with the most fascinating motorboats ever built.
It is an exclusive opportunity to celebrate the nautical tradition and admire the precious runabouts of the time, many of which are handcrafted with precious woods on the shores of this lake, attracting enthusiasts from all over the world.
As every year, to live a unique experience aboard timeless motorboats, the cultural and historical soul of the event are entrusted to the collaboration with ASDEC (Association of Vintage and Classic Hulls – Nautical Historical Register)whose institutional objective is to preserve and pass on the interest for these boats to the new generations, together with the Museo della Barca Lariana, which houses one of the most important nautical collections in the world.
